EID is honored to have been participated in ARTEX 2024, a groundbreaking event, organized by the Portuguese Army na Campo Militar de Santa Margarida.

This year’s ARTEX was a showcase of collaborative spirit and technological advancement. EID, in partnership with Instituto Superior Técnico, took on the challenge of experimenting with a combined solution of an aerial platform equipped with radio equipment. This exercise aims to significantly enhance the communications range for ground forces.

The final day was further distinguished by the presence of the Minister of National Defence, Dr. Nuno Melo. During the visit, the Minister had the opportunity to meet and engage with EID’s Soldier System

We are proud to contribute to the army’s main modernization programs and projects, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to present our work at such a prestigious platform.
