EID had the pleasure of welcoming Fincantieri, one of the world’s largest shipbuilding groups, headquartered in Italy. With a history spanning more than two centuries, Fincantieri is a global leader in the design and construction of naval and commercial vessels, playing a key role in the maritime and defence industries.

The Fincantieri delegation was accompanied by representatives from AICEP (in Portugal and Italy), the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Navy, further strengthening the significance of this visit. During their time at EID, our team had the opportunity to show more about our expertise, innovative solutions and contribution to naval defence systems. The visit began with a corporate presentation, providing insights into EID’s capabilities and projects, followed by a visit to our showroom where we were pleased to showcase our naval solutions.
