YOUR ROLE
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and quality;
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance;
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflow, reduce cycle times and improve overall efficiency;
- Implement process changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing negative impacts on production;
- Evaluate, select and implement technologies and operational tools (schedules and production flows) that improve efficiency and quality;
- Developing content for operational teams, ensuring that they understand and follow the new procedures;
- Collaborating in the implementation of quality standards and ensuring that they are maintained throughout the processes;
- Define the operating sequence as well as the methods and calculate the times involved per operation;
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing practical and effective solutions;
- Work closely with production, engineering and quality teams to ensure alignment and synergies in processes;
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including production dossiers of operational procedures and specifications;
- Ensuring that products and processes meet industry standards (ISO, IPC).
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
- Higher education in Electronics or Production Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 + years of experience gained within a dynamic industry environment, preferably within the electronics industry;
- Ability to map existing processes and create new working models;
- Effective communication skills at all levels;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge in MTM/MOST, lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma is a plus.

YOUR ROLE
- Coordinating the Accounting department and working closely with the Finance leadership team;
- Analysing and proposing internal control measures to improve the company’s processes;
- Closing and reporting the financial statements on a monthly basis;
- Supporting the external auditor work;
- Ensuring all legal and tax obligations are met on time and the financial statements are accurately stated;
- Supporting the senior management team in strategic and budgeting processes;
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
- Higher education in accounting, fiscal, management or similar;
- At least 10 years’ professional experience, with 5 years as a Certified Accountant;
- At least 3 years’ experience in team management;
- Experience in consulting (i.e., BIG4) and accounting firms;
- Knowledge of software and ERP implementation (Oracle, SAP, Primavera or similar);
- Knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially of Excel;
- Certified Accountant by the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC) in Portugal;
- Knowledge of Portuguese accounting and tax legislation;

YOUR ROLE
- Analyze customer needs and develop a set of system requirements

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications or related
- Good understanding of radio and digital communications systems

SENIOR ROLE:

YOUR ROLE
This role will act as subject matter expert in contracts and will also provide legal support to the company. The main goal of this role will be overseeing the entire life-cycle of customer and supplier contracts, from negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring that all terms and conditions meet EID and Cohort standards and goals.
- Provide contractual governance within EID in accordance with EID’s established requirements, commercial policies and processes;
- Ensure that contracts with both domestic and international customers, suppliers and partners comply with minimum commercial and legal terms and the group’s corporate guidelines;
- Manage effective contract execution through the lifecycle, from the issue of internal authorisation through to contract closure, including the contractual relationship with suppliers throughout the life cycle of our projects;
- Manage (review and support) the negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners of contract terms and conditions leading to contract award and acceptance, by liaising (handover) with the business development, supply chain team and project management teams;
- Manage the preparation of responses to contract conditions and supporting of the request for bid approvals at both EID’s departmental and Cohort levels;
- Formulate and obtain internal approval for all agreements to be entered into as prime or sub-contractor, and to review and recommend the entry into all contractual commitments with customers on behalf of EID;
- Collaborate with the different departments to negotiate favourable terms, driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality or service levels;
- Support the Sales Teams to improve the turnaround time for each contract request by implementing/following best practices to accelerate the end-to-end Sales process;
- Anticipate and identify legal risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them;
- Act as a first point of contact for resolving contractual disputes, facilitating resolution in a timely manner;
- Support the Supply Chain team with the drafting and negotiation of sub-contracts for both goods and services;
- Support EID functions with the drafting of teaming and other collaborative arrangements;
- Provide general commercial legal advice on contractual issues;
- Compare, adjust, and apply preferred legal drafting to standard and non-standard EID Agreements;
- Support EID’s compliance & other legal requirements, including liaising with legal firms.
OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:
- University Degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, Management or similar;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with issuing and auditing contractual documentation, including roles within Customer Contracts, Procurement, or Audit functions;
- Ability to understand and execute contractual matters, understanding standard and non-standard requests, and proposing contractual structures and solutions.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end life-cycle of contracts, including negotiation and execution.
- User-friendly computer skills.
- Ability to express oneself accurately in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
