The Minister of National Defense and the Chief of Staff of the Navy were also present, as well as high-rank military and civil entities. EID, as the supplier of the ship's communications system, was also represented at the highest level.
“It was a great honour to attend this ceremony and see once again a brand new Portuguese ship equipped with our state-of-the-art communications system. I would like to express to Commander Mónica Martins and her crew our best wishes”, states proudly EID’s Managing Director, António Marcos Lopes.
